This morning water kick starts my metabolism & has been proven to increase my calorie burning potential throughout the day. Not only that, but water actually fills me up & curbs my appetite, allowing me to make smarter choices for my breakfast. then I jog for 15 minutes and do yoga for 20 minutes everyday “yoga is my secret to healthy & glowing skin”. For breakfast, I have sandwich & banana shake with almonds. Before lunch I have a mini meal of fruit, to keep my metabolism going; and dal, vegetables with chapati, curd and cucumber salad for lunch. My evening snack is a brown-bread sandwich or homemade followed by grilled veg for dinner.

1. Wake up early in the morning & sip 1-2 lukewarm water then go to the toilet to clean my digestive system. More use of Himalayan water.
2. Start off my day with yoga or Surya Namskar to remain fit n fine mentally as well as physically.
3. I will eat nutritious healthy wealthy breakfast like oats, leafy vegetables, sprouted food & any seasonal fruit juice or fruit. More trace on home made food.
4. Try to maintain my lunch as well as dinner time & avoid oily food like ghee, fried item etc. Not to eat junk food, canned food. Avoid too much sweet.
5. Drink a 5-6 glass of water everyday to hydrate my body & eliminate toxic substance from the body.
6.Early to Bed Early to Rise I would follow this track & take 7-8 hours sleep daliy.
7. Avoid use of vehicle try to walk & cycling as much as possible.
8. Use eco-friendly products like no plastic bag, only pager bags etc.
9. Wear cotton clothes to get rid of heat. LiveNatural brings me near to my mother earth making me delight.
